About the Role

Remediant seeks an Operations Specialist to join our HQ team in San Francisco. At Remediant, we help secure access to critical systems in industries ranging from defense contractors to pharmaceutical companies. Our flagship product, SecureONE, enables our customers to deploy a “just-in-time-administration” stance that prevents attackers from gaining a foothold in their networks.


  • Three to five years’ prior experience in mid- to senior-level administration in a field such as business, finance, HR, or related field
  • Desired: IAAP Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or professional certification in office management

  • Help keep the CEO and COO on track and on schedule by helping to coordinate and arrange meetings and travel
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist with Finance tasks, including basic bookkeeping related to accounts payable and vendor management
Things you know how to do:

  • Strong experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Desired: Familiar with advanced Excel functions, such as PivotTables and data integrations
  • Professional-level verbal and written communications skills
  • Desired: Experience copy writing or editing
  • Pay attention to the details — keep track of what the team needs and help out wherever necessary
