Remediant seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in the Central South US.

About the Role

Remediant seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in the Central South US. We help secure access to critical systems in industries ranging from defense contractors to pharmaceutical companies. Our flagship product, SecureONE, enables our customers to deploy a “just-in-time-administration” stance that prevents attackers from gaining a foothold in their networks.

Things you know how to do:

  • Drive qualified pipeline and forecast accurately to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new Fortune 2000 enterprise customers for Remediant's SecureONE platform in a defined territory
  • Intimately skilled in account planning, strategy and sales calls and have a strong understanding of how to "land and expand" within an existing account
  • Lead security engagements with customers to evaluate their various security needs and requirements
  • Manage large/global enterprise prospect and customer evaluations, proof of concepts, and any RFP/RFIs.
  • Develop and execute on territory & account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential, manage sales activities, updates, and create and deliver accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems for our customers
  • Work cross-functionally with extended team members
  • Ensure a positive prospect/customer experience, and make our customers successful

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with selling enterprise software security 
  • Strong executive presence, communication, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
  • You have sold in a team environment, collaborating with multiple internal teams to drive successful outcomes
  • Excel in a fast-growing organization, dedicated to disrupting the industry
  • Significant experience in Territory mapping, account planning, and opportunity management
  • Successful in negotiating favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and return on investment
  • Up-to-date understanding of current market, customer, competitive trends & anomalies in the security market
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies is a plus
