Senior Manager of Field Marketing & Operations

Remediant is looking for a sales-focused leader to support our Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams.

About the Role

Remediant, a leader in the Privileged Access Management, is looking for a highly motivated, sales-focused Field Marketing & Operations leader to support our Sales, Channel and Marketing teams. Remediant enables our customers to fully realize Zero Trust by controlling privileged access to enterprise systems, thereby reducing the attack surface and preventing lateral movement.

This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts via a variety of lead gen, social media, SEO and brand building activities. The ideal candidate will scale these activities with metrics-based operational efficiencies using marketing data analytics, technology stack enhancements and automation. The right candidate is also hands-on, has strong understanding of sales-focused marketing as well as our audiences of enterprise IT security leaders, security architects/analysts and IT practitioners.

Responsibilities

  • Actively collaborate with Sales, Channel and territory teams to plan and execute well rounded, integrated outbound marketing activities to drive and score leads that convert.
  • Work closely with digital campaign leadership to provide campaign assets to Sales for personalization and to increase account engagement.
  • Ensure our channel marketing strategy can be effectively deployed by enabling our partners with campaign components and guidelines.
  • Manage and drive enhancements to our Marketing technology stack including marketing automation, integration and processes for all marketers and sales to leverage.
  • Define annual and campaign-specific MQL KPIs, measure campaign performance, build dashboards, and improve field marketing efficiency in terms of ROI.
  • Be the trusted business partner to the Senior Leaders and design reporting that supports the rhythm of the business to hit or exceed pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • Must have Cybersecurity marketing experience within the last 3 years.
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience with technical / software product(s) for enterprise sales, prefer IT security and startup experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer or Engineering field is required, MBA preferred
  • Experience managing and building Marketing Operations processes including lead management, database management, segmentation, scoring and field mapping.
  • Experience with supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams.
  • Proven experience architecting and managing a marketing technology stack
  • Quantitative analytical skillset, report builder, loves pivot tables and data
  • Strong communication skills without a fear of over-communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, list management and other marketing tools and platforms.
  • Option to work remotely.
